ACMI Properties Selects American Structurepoint for 1,500+ Acre National Security Industrial Hub
ACMI Properties has selected Indianapolis-headquartered American Structurepoint as the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) firm for its flagship National Security Industrial Hub (NSIH) and Munitions Campus in Indiana. The project is the largest aerospace and defense development in the state—and one of the largest of its kind in America.
Revitalizing the Defense Industrial Base
Spanning more than 1,500 acres adjacent to Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane and Crane Army Ammunition Activity, NSIH is a first-of-its-kind industrial campus purpose-built to strengthen national security.
The megasite will feature dedicated space for rapid prototyping, rocket motor production, energetic materials processing, advanced machining, and system assembly. Key defense partners on-site will include the following companies among others:
A Proven Partner for Mission-Critical Scale
Delivering infrastructure at this scale requires an A&E partner with deep regional roots, decades of nationwide expertise, and multi-disciplinary technical depth.
Founded in 1966, American Structurepoint brings a team of over 800 professionals across 11 disciplines, offering full-service capabilities from architecture and structural engineering to environmental services and utility infrastructure.
American Structurepoint will oversee the design and site engineering required for specialized scaling space, shared testing facilities, and high-security industrial space—turning blueprints into buildings at the pace American industry demands. American Structurepoint's mandate centers on the design of the hub's next phase of expansion, extending the campus beyond its established anchor operations to accommodate incoming defense and aerospace tenants.
